How to Order

Ordering your smoked salmon online from is quick and easy, just follow these simple steps. You can cancel or amend your order at any point up until step 7: ‘Process Order'.

1. Find the items you wish to buy
You can do this by browsing through the categories such as smoked salmon, scallops and roasted smoked salmon on the left hand side of each page, or by entering a word or phrase in the Search box at the top right of each page.

2. Add them to your basket
Your shopping basket is where you store all the items you'd like to buy. Add an item to your basket by clicking the 'Add to Basket' button on the product description. You can always see how many items are in your basket and the total cost of these items on the right side of each page.

3. Checkout
When you’ve added all the Cluny Fish products you want to your basket, click the 'Checkout' button. This will take you to an order summary page where you can add or delete products, or enter any promotional code you have. Once complete click 'Checkout' again.

4. Register or Login
If you are a new customer, welcome! To enjoy your wonderful Cluny Fish salmon you’ll need to register by entering your email address and contact details. If you are a returning customer simply login with your email address and password.

5. Delivery instructions
Confirm that you would like the order delivered to your home address, or you can enter an alternative delivery address such as a workplace or friend. Then choose a convenient date for the delivery of your order. We deliver all day from Tuesday to Saturday (Please note there is a £15.00 surcharge for Saturday delivery). You can also add other information, such as instructions on finding an address, or you can tell us if the order is a gift.
Please note: When you place your order it is essential that you specify instructions for the courier, should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.

6. Payment details
Enter your payment details. Credit Cards are welcomed as the simplest method of payment. We accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Delta.

7. Process Your Order
This is the final stage beyond which you cannot cancel or amend your order. Check that all of your details are correct and then click ‘Process Order’.

Your order will arrive in perfect condition, securely packaged in chilled containers. For more information on our packaging, delivery charges or delivery schedule, please see our delivery page.

If on reciept you are not satisfied with the freshness of the product contact us immedietly we will be happy to provide a full refund.  If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your credit card account within 30 days of reciept.  Your stratutory rights are not affected.
