These roasted smoked salmon fillets are also selected for their fresheness and oil content. They are then lightly cured in salt before being smoked over oak fires until cooked. This product can also be known as hot smoked salmon. When fully cooked the fillets are removed from the kiln and allowed to cool before being vacuum sealed, trapping all the natural juices and goodness which makes this product such a favourite with our many customers. |
