Organic Smoked Salmon from Shetland
Serving Suggestions:
ORGANIC SMOKED SALMON PASTA
For this dish you will need:
2 Heads of Fennel, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 500g Penne Pasta, 200g Double Cream, 250g Organic Salmon, 8tbsp Chopped Mint, 8tbsp Chopped Parsley
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200°c, 400°F, gas mark 6
- Brush the Heads of Fennel with Olive Oil and roast in the oven for 30 mins. When cooked chop roughly.
- Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and cook the pasta until tender. Drain and return to the pan, add the chopped fennel, Double Cream, Organic Smoked Salmon cut into strips, chopped mint and chopped parsley.
- Season and serve straight away
