Oak Smoked Native Brown Trout

We are delighted to introduce unique product to our range.

Brown trout are only farmed in very small numbers due to their wild and slow growing nature and are highly prized by anglers. The trout comes from a small family run hatchery at the base of the Monadhliath Mountains where they grow their fish to the highest standards. It is hand selected and cured and smoked to the same high standard as our salmon.
